Welcome to the Wake Forest School of Law Community Law & Business Clinic (CLBC)! The CLBC is a clinical education program launched in 2009 at Wake Forest University School of Law and provides law and graduate business students with an opportunity to develop skills needed to practice in the increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment they will encounter as professionals. The CLBC also uses the resources and expertise of Wake Forest University to enhance community development efforts in Winston-Salem, Forsyth County and the region.
The CLBC has assisted clients with hundreds of legal matters since opening in 2009, including those related to:
- Small businesses and startups
- Art and intellectual property
- Consumer transactions
- Veterans law (through the Veterans Legal Clinic)
